Parsi Resource Group organized an event for the Zoroastrian community youth at Rustom Baug, Byculla on October 6, 2007. The objective of the event was to bring the youth together, put the community resources to use and give them a platform to a world of opportunities. Besides an art and dance competition for the youngsters to showcase their talents, a dance workshop was conducted by dance professionals Sandip Soparkar and Hormuzd Khambatta. The participants were judged by a panel of professionals in the field of art and dance. The key feature of the event was the felicitation of individuals from Rustom Baug who are achievers in the fields of social service, media, sports, career and so on.

Celebrities present were Perizaad Kolah Marshall, Mickey Mehta, Percy Chowdhry, Veera Choksey, Parvez Damania, Vasant Bhandari of UB Group, Sandip Soparkar.

At the PRG Youth Evening, PRG aims to showcase to the youth how to upscale their potential with skills. PRG also offers Career Counselling, Specialized Training Programs in Behaviourial Science, Job Opportunities, Entrepreneur Development and Mentoring. The first of a series of events, PRG Youth evening will be organized across baugs every two months.
