Currently, the youth is disillusioned and disinterested in the glorious Parsi heritage. PRG aims to provide a serious platform for the youth addressing their chief concerns. The organization aims to revive the interest of the youth of the dwindling community by tackling the fundamental question of what the community has to offer to attract the youth. There is no singular powerful figure in the community whose voice resonates with a single visionary and inspiring philosophy. The youth needs a support system currently unavailable to them that facilitates networking, counselling and job placements. Hence, PRG aims to be the architect of youth programs run by the youth, for the youth to reinstate pride in their own community and rich heritage.

PRG aims to provide the youth with a networking platform for Entrepreneurs, job placements and guidance by professional counsellors. The idea is to inculcate self-reliance and empower the youth.

December 10, 2006:

The roads of Mumbai were witness to a youth movement on wheels. About 600 Parsi bikers took over the Mumbai roads on their vintage and sports bikes. As the bikes traversed the length and breadth of the city, they covered most of the Parsi colonies on their way and the message rang clear. It was indeed a peace drive for community awareness.
